The company was struggling with managing donor and transaction data as they had to do it all manually between Salesforce and QuickBooks Online. The entire process was not only time-consuming but also increased the risk of errors or inconsistencies.

Here’s what was delivered:
- Set up automation to create and update QuickBooks customer records directly from Salesforce accounts.
- Enabled automatic creation of Sales Receipts in QuickBooks for selected Salesforce Opportunity types: Donation, Grant, In-Kind Gift, Major Gift, Matching Gift, and Special Gift.
- Added a custom “QB Class” field to the Opportunity object in Salesforce for more granular control over receipt classification.
